The Ria View hotel in Aveiro provided a room with a bathroom and kitchen, which was a great convenience during my stay. The room was clean and well-maintained, offering all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The provided kitchen allowed me to prepare my own meals, saving both time and money. the location of the hotel was quite convenient, with easy access to the city center and other attractions.

One minor negative aspect of my stay at Ria View was that the hotel did not match the pictures provided in the database. It was difficult to find as it looked completely different from what was advertised.

The staff here is friendly, the check-in process is simple, and the location is marvellous with amenities like a mini bar and satellite television in the room.

The location of the hotel is great, very close to the city center and right by the canal. It's also in the center of all the action, so you'll have easy access to restaurants, shops, and attractions. the room is spacious and apartment-like, providing plenty of space to unwind after a long day of work. the owner, Paula, is very friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The communication with the property owner could be improved, as some guests struggled to get the key and access the building.

During our Christmas stay, we appreciated the small perks in the room like the water kettle, cups, and even tea and sugar. It was a nice touch to have these amenities readily available. the bed was very comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. We also liked that the room was quiet, allowing us to relax and unwind.

That the hotel was located far from the city center, making it less convenient for exploring. Lastly, we would have appreciated a kitchen in the room and a heater, as it can get quite chilly during the winter months.

The host, Paula, was absolutely amazing - so friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect - everything within walking distance. The room was cozy and had all the amenities we needed like wi-fi and a flat-screen TV. Paula even helped us with our rental car issue. Will definitely stay here again when I visit!
